These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold under the DeReset brand at dereset.com and its product subdomains. By purchasing or using a DeReset product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What DeReset sells

DeReset publishes short, practical digital guides delivered as downloadable files (PDF), together with companion tools such as worksheets and reference cards. Every DeReset product is a digital download — there is no physical product, and nothing is shipped.

2. How purchases work

All DeReset products are sold through Gumroad, at our storefront (dereset.gumroad.com) or a linked product-specific listing. Gumroad processes your payment, issues your receipt, and acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Delivery of your files happens through Gumroad (typically via your Gumroad Library or a direct download link sent to your email).

DeReset does not directly collect or store your payment information. Your relationship with Gumroad for payment processing is governed by Gumroad's own terms, available at gumroad.com/terms.

3. License to use the product

When you purchase a DeReset guide or tool, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim authorship of DeReset content. All content remains the intellectual property of DeReset.

4. Refund policy

DeReset offers a standard 30-day money-back guarantee on its digital products: if you use a guide and it doesn't work for you, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your payment in full. No forms, surveys, or conditions attached.

Some products may state additional or product-specific guarantee language on their own sales page; where that is the case, the more specific product-page language and this general 30-day policy are intended to be consistent, and the product-page language controls for that specific product. Refunds are processed back through Gumroad to your original payment method.

5. No professional advice

DeReset's guides offer general, practical, self-help-style information on productivity, decision-making, confidence, and related everyday topics. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If a specific guide addresses a claims-safety boundary relevant to its topic, that boundary is stated on the guide's own sales page and inside the guide itself.

6. Disclaimer of results

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or income from using any DeReset product. Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and application of the material.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of a DeReset product will be resolved under that law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products or policies change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued purchase or use of a DeReset product after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
